C.E.L. Paving Products is a leading manufacturer of an extensive range of concrete block pavers. Our operation focuses on the production of top quality wet and dry cast pavers, both for the construction industry as well as for end-users.

Our head office, in Sysen Road Blackheath, houses our production facility which manufactures our multi-award winning range of exposed aggregate products. In addition to this, we operate the balance of our manufacturing from our Rand Road and Waggie Road factories, also in Blackheath. Our commitment to quality and innovation has led to us being leaders in concrete block paving production, in the Western Cape and across South Africa.

We continuously strive to produce top quality products, which is enabled by our team of industry professionals. Each factory has a dedicated team which, at all times, monitors to ensure top quality during the various manufacturing processes.
