C.E.L. Paving Products has been invited to submit entries for the 2018 Concrete Manufacturers Association (CMA) Awards for Excellence competition. The biennial event is set to take place in Melrose Arch, in Johannesburg in March next year.
Who’s who?
This gala event is acknowledged as one of the most prestigious occasions in the construction industry. The event attracts entrants from across South Africa and draws from a wide range of pre-cast concrete manufacturers, industry professionals and installers. Entrants submit their projects for the applicable category for judging assessment. The judges, whom are all industry professionals, are selected by the CMA, in order to judge each entry on their merits.
Entries
A competitor may enter any project which has incorporated the use of pre-cast concrete. The projects entered may be of any size and application.The 15 categories are divided up into several sub-categories based on technical excellence or aesthetics. Each entry is to contain one or more pre-cast elements applied or manufactured by a CMA member. There is no limit to the number of entries for the different categories.
History
C.E.L. Paving Products first entered the awards in 2004. From that first year the company has received numerous awards for each year where entries have been submitted. As a paving manufacturer, C.E.L. Paving Products has excelled in the competition and has lifted the top awards.
